To the eye it looks like an ordinary arancino, inside you can distinguish the white of the cheese and the yellow of the saffron rice, but on tasting, the intense notes of the cheese stand out. Edamer, fontina, gorgonzola and mozzarella, blended by a creamy béchamel sauce.
